such as goose liver with pear, licorice and port; and beef with banana, whiskey
and spices.
In addition, standouts from a special vegetarian menu include vegetable tartar with smoked potatoes; and carrots; with litchi, ginger, peanut and basil.
Guests wishing to experience a truly indulgent and lavish evening meal can choose from 4-course to 7-course fetes, or the 12-course Tasting Menu.
